📦 When will my order ship?
We typically process orders within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way

🚚 How long does shipping take?
Australia: 12–20 business days
International: Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs. You'll see the estimated delivery at checkout

💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal only. It’s fast, secure, and buyer-protected — just the way we like it

📏 How do I choose the right size for my pet?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We highly recommend measuring your pup and comparing it to the guide to ensure a comfy fit

🐾 My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We’re so sorry! Email us at office@aussiewoof.com within 2 days of delivery and include a photo or video of the damage. We’ll send a replacement right away — no need to return it

🔁 Can I return something if it doesn’t fit or I changed my mind?
Yes! You have 30 days to return unused items in their original condition. Just email us at office@aussiewoof.com to start the process. Please note that return shipping is at your own cost

📦 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Shipping costs and times will be calculated at checkout based on your country 🌍

❌ Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes — but only if it hasn’t been processed yet. Please contact us before 11:59 PM EST on the day of your order. After that, it may already be packed or shipped

📬 What if my package gets lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days of shipping, we’ll issue a full refund — no worries. Some orders may arrive in separate packages to speed up delivery
