Return and Refund Policy

At Aussiewoof, we’re all about happy pups and even happier humans 🐾 If something’s not right with your order, don’t stress — we’ve made our return and refund process simple and transparent.

🕒 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Original tags and packaging should be intact
  • Proof of purchase (like your order confirmation) must be provided

🐶 Please note: We cannot accept returns on worn pet apparel or used items due to hygiene reasons.

💔 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge — no return needed!
Just email us at office@aussiewoof.com within 2 days of delivery and include a photo or short video 📸 of the damaged item so we can verify it and ship a replacement right away 🚚

📏 Size or Measurement Issues

We always recommend checking our size guide before ordering 📐
If the correct size variant was shipped according to your order, we cannot issue a refund for size-related concerns.
However, if we made a sizing error, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange or refund ✨

😕 Not Happy with Your Purchase?

We get it — sometimes it’s just not a perfect match.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days for a full refund 💸
Just reach out to office@aussiewoof.com and we’ll guide you through the return process.

📦 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using tracked shipping to avoid delays or lost parcels.

🔁 Want to Change or Cancel Your Order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can cancel it.
To request a cancellation, please contact us before 11:59 PM EST on the day of ordering 🕛
Once your order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

📬 Order Lost in Transit?

In rare cases, delivery delays can happen. If your package hasn’t been delivered within 60 days of shipping, we’ll issue a full refund — no worries! 🐕
Some orders may also arrive in multiple packages to speed up delivery 🐾

💳 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email 📧
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you don’t see the refund after that:

2️⃣ Contact your payment provider
